Terms
What you are buying, what we owe you, and what happens when something goes wrong.

What you are buying
You are buying a paid placement on a public leaderboard. Your position is decided by the rules on the rules page, which form part of these terms. You are not buying a specific rank, a guaranteed number of visitors, a number of clicks, or any outcome for your product.
Payment
Payments are taken by Whop, who process the card. Amounts run from $5 to $10,000 per payment. Placement is delivered as soon as the payment confirms, so payments are final and not refundable. If a payment is taken and the placement does not appear, email us and we will fix it or refund it.
What you may list
A product, site, app or profile you own or are authorised to promote. No adult content, no chat or invite links, no link shorteners, and nothing unlawful. The destination is fixed once paid for: you may not point a paid listing somewhere else afterwards.
Gaming the multiplier
Automated, purchased or otherwise faked traffic aimed at the multiplier is the one thing that breaks this board. Listings found doing it have their referrals removed and the listing taken down, without a refund. We decide this, and we will explain the decision if you ask.
Removal
We may remove any listing that breaks these terms, and we may remove a listing that creates a legal risk for us. Where the removal is not your fault we refund the payment. Where it is, we do not.
The board may change or end
Rules, prices and the multiplier may change; changes apply going forward and never retroactively re-rank what you already paid for. If the board closes, it stays online read-only rather than being deleted, because people paid for a public placement.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The board is provided as it is, without warranty. Nothing here is reviewed or endorsed by us. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
