The rules, in full
Short on purpose. If something here is unclear, that is a problem with the page and worth an email.
How rank is decided
Score is paid times multiplier
Your score is the total you have paid, multiplied by the multiplier your referred visitors have earned. The board sorts by score, highest first.
The multiplier
Every 100 unique visitors your link brings adds 1 to your multiplier, capped at 3x. A listing that has referred nobody sits at 1x.
Ties
Equal scores are ordered by who reached that total first. Matching someone does not pass them.
No rank is promised at checkout
You buy a contribution to your score, not a position. The board can move between the moment you pay and the moment the payment confirms, and prices shown are what it costs right now rather than a guarantee.
What counts as a visitor
Once per person, per listing
The same visitor counts once for your listing, ever. Reloading does nothing.
No bots, no link previews
Crawlers and the preview fetchers used by X, Slack and WhatsApp are not counted. Posting a link many times does not earn a multiplier.
At most 250 a day
A listing can bank 250 referred visitors per day. The cap resets at midnight UTC and exists so that purchased traffic cannot buy the top spot outright.
We do not store your address
Visitors are de-duplicated using a salted one-way hash. No raw IP address is written to disk, and the hash is meaningless outside this board.
Money
Payments are final
Placement is delivered the moment your payment confirms, so payments are not refundable. The minimum is $5 and the maximum single payment is $10,000.
Paying again adds up
Submitting the same URL again tops up the listing you already have. It does not create a second one, and it keeps your referral link and history.
Card handling
Cards are processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details, and your statement will show Whop.
What gets removed
Faked referrals
Automated traffic aimed at the multiplier gets the referrals stripped and the listing removed, without a refund. This is the one rule worth enforcing harshly, because the multiplier is the whole point.
Swapped destinations
The URL is fixed once a listing is paid for. A listing that turns out to point somewhere misleading is removed.
Adult content, chat invites, shorteners
Refused at submission. Link shorteners hide the destination, so the board asks for the real URL.
Takedowns
If a listing impersonates you or infringes your rights, email hello@outnumber.lol and it comes down while we look at it.
What this board is not
Every position here is paid for. Nothing on this board is reviewed, tested, endorsed or ranked by quality, and a high position means only that someone paid and brought people. Treat it as advertising, because that is what it is.
